My Goals:

  1. To achieve a healthy lifestyle driven by positive choices
  2. A weekly meal plan that does not involve mac and cheese
  3. 5 lbs by January 31, 2012
  4. 10 lbs by March 1, 2012
  5. 15 lbs by May 31, 2012
  6.  20 lbs by July 4, 2012
  7. 25 lbs by August 28, 2012 (<— MY BIRTHDAY)
  8. 30 lbs by December 31, 2012 (or 3 dress sizes)
